How should concave-convex flanges ensure sealing?

This is my first time using a flange with concave-convex surface sealing (a non-standard type). I’m not sure which type of gasket to use. There are two sealing surfaces in the diagram (red and blue); which surface should the gasket be placed on? The medium involved is a gas at around 80 degrees Celsius. Which gasket would be suitable in this case? Usually, flat-faced butt-welded flanges are used, and polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets are commonly employed. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you
The gasket should be placed on the red side; use a metal wound gasket or a metal-graphite composite gasket that is resistant to high temperatures and suitable for gas media. Considering the medium temperature, PTFE gaskets are also acceptable, but ensure temperature resistance. .
When selecting flange gaskets, not only the temperature conditions must be considered, but more importantly, the pressure conditions – for reference only.
Blue is the sealing surface, red is not.
