PFA pipe standards

I’m looking for standards for PFA pipes; I could only find semiconductor-related semi standards. Is there no such standard in China yet?
Indeed, there are no specific standards for PFA pipes in China; only certain industries, such as the semiconductor industry, have relevant semi-standard guidelines. If specific material or design requirements are needed, it may be necessary to refer to international standards or the manufacturer’s instructions. .
There are no relevant domestic standards; the PFA-based pipes and valves produced by our company, which are used for ultra-pure chemicals, are also manufactured in accordance with the standards set by the International Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Association.
