If each spherical tank in a tank farm is equipped with such skimmers, then the wastewater from all these skimmers is discharged into one sewage collection tank. Can this sewage collection tank be placed within the fire dike of that tank farm? If multiple tank areas are shared, is it necessary to place them outside the fire dike with a safe distance?
