Gentlemen, I haven’t encountered this kind of problem before. Assuming that the pipeline number for each flowchart is part of the flowchart’s identification number, then when a pipeline moves from the first diagram to the second, should it retain the pipeline number from the first diagram in the second diagram, or should the pipeline number be reset based on the second diagram? If so, would this make it more complicated to prepare the pipeline property table?
Generally, if a pipeline extends from one flowchart to another, in order to maintain continuity and facilitate tracking, the pipeline number is usually retained from the first flowchart. This approach helps avoid confusion and complexity that arise from changing pipeline numbers across multiple flowcharts. If pipeline numbers are reassigned for each diagram, it indeed makes the preparation of the pipeline property table more complex and increases the likelihood of errors. Therefore, it is recommended to use the original pipeline number. .
The pipeline number remains unchanged; just indicate the source and destination diagram numbers in the boxes on the left and right
