Issues regarding the standards for nitrogen purging of the device

The new unit has started nitrogen purging; the operating media mainly include hydrogen and some oil-gas mixtures. The process specification requires that the oxygen content be less than 0.5% to be considered acceptable. Are there any relevant standards for this? It’s still a matter of experience, as well as hot work procedures. Are there any relevant standards or books that specify what level of combustible gas concentration is considered acceptable? I’d appreciate some recommendations
