On December 10, data published on the China Public Bidding Service Platform showed that China Water Resources and Hydropower 16th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. won the bid for the PC general contracting project of the 100MW ecological comprehensive treatment project for coal mining subsidence areas plus photo-voltaic and hydrogen storage base in Shanyin County, as part of the Guohua Investment project. The winning bid amount is: 440,761,688 yuan. According to the tender announcement, this project is Guohua Investment’s Shan Yin County 100MW ecological comprehensive treatment of coal mining subsidence areas + photovoltaic and hydrogen storage base project (Phase 2). The planned installed capacity for this project is 100MW, with the installation completed in this phase; the DC-side installed capacity is 120MWp, and a new 220kV substation will also be built as part of this project. Synchronously configure a 10MW/10MWh energy storage system. For this photovoltaic project, a new 220kV step-up substation is constructed, which is connected to the system station via a 220kV line with a length of approximately 22 km. The construction site is located in Beizhouzhuang Town, in the northern part of Shanyin County, Shuozhou City. The project duration is 270 days. According to the list of candidates shortlisted for the bid, the 12th Hydropower Bureau and the 14th Hydropower Bureau are ranked as the second and third candidates respectively. The two bids were 441,750.14747 million yuan and 436,408.134 million yuan respectively. In the end, Bureau 16 for Water and Electricity won the bid, but it wasn’t the lowest offer; Bureau 14 for Water and Electricity submitted a lower price.
