The pipes of the outdoor eye wash stations lack insulation. Hazard description: Some of the pipes of the outdoor eye wash stations in the workshop do not have insulation. Standard reference: SH∕T 3205-2019 Code for Design of Emergency Scouring Systems in Petrochemical Industries, Article 5.1.4: When the ambient temperature is below 5°C, anti-freezing measures shall be installed in emergency scouring systems, and the following requirements shall be met: 1. When electric heating is used, a temperature monitoring controller shall be installed; 2. When heat transfer fluids are used for heating, hot water at a temperature below 50°C is preferred as the heat transfer fluid, and steam shall not be used directly to heat the emergency scouring devices and eye wash stations.
