Project Overview: The project owner is Guoneng (Ordos) Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. The construction site is located in the Shengyuan Industrial Park of the Mengsu Economic Development Zone in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, adjacent to the previous-phase projects, covering an area of approximately 312 hectares. Construction contents: It is planned to build a 2.2 million tons per year coal direct liquefaction system and an 800,000 tons per year coal indirect liquefaction system, along with a 1.2 million standard cubic meters per hour coal-to-gas system. The main construction contents include 18 sets of process units such as coal liquefaction, hydrodesulfurization, oil synthesis, oil processing, and coal gasification, along with utility systems and auxiliary facilities. Technical approach: The People’s Government of Yijinhuoluo Banner adopts a processing route of \"coal liquefaction – hydrogenation stabilization – hydrogenation reforming\". Relying on a new generation of coal direct liquefaction technology with complete independent intellectual property rights, Shendong Shangwan coal or Bulianta coal is used as the feedstock for gasification. Project investment: The total planned investment for the project is 36.5 billion yuan. Product portfolio: The products mainly include vehicle diesel, military diesel, aviation kerosene, naphtha, liquefied gas, pitch coke, etc.
