On January 26, 2026, the Tendering Department of the Procurement Center of Inner Mongolia Guangna Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. issued a notice. In accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Bidding and Tendering sowie relevant laws and regulations, and in line with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, and good faith, Wuhai Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd. is conducting a public domestic bidding process for the acetylene off-gas recovery unit project as part of the BDO-PBAT integrated project (Phase I). Enterprises in the industry are invited to submit bids. I. Basic Information: 1. Tenderer: Wuhai Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd ； 2. Location of construction: Within the project area of Wuhai Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd., in the Low-Carbon Industrial Park of Wuhai Economic Development Zone ； 3. Subject matter: Acetylene off-gas recovery unit for the BDO-PBAT integrated project (Phase I) of Wuhai Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd ； 4. Tender Number: ZB-GJX-BDO-GF-445. Project Overview: This project is carried out under the EP+C model. The bidder is responsible for the design, supply, construction, commissioning, personnel training of the acetylene off-gas recovery unit, up to its successful commissioning and acceptance. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, supply, construction, commissioning, and personnel training for all areas such as processes, equipment, pipelines, electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, communications, lighting, insulation, and corrosion protection, up to the point of successful operation acceptance. C is quoted separately. The boundary of this unit extends from the flange at the inlet end of the first shut-off valve of the feed unit, to the flange at the outlet end of the last shut-off valve of all outlets (including but not limited to steam, circulating water, demineralized water, chilled water, process water, nitrogen, compressed air, instrument air, alkali solution, waste liquid, waste gas, process gas, etc.).
