Firstly, in accordance with the requirements of Document No. Emergency [2019] 78, toxic and hazardous, as well as flammable and explosive gases, liquids, and liquefied hydrocarbons must be sampled in a sealed manner to prevent leaks that could lead to poisoning or fire and explosion risks ； Strongly corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid can also be sampled in a sealed manner; all that is needed is to replace the components in contact with the material with corrosion-resistant materials like PE or glass, as ordinary stainless steel sampling devices simply cannot handle such conditions ； When carrying out the actual operation, be sure to follow the company’s standard operating procedures. Before taking samples, don’t forget to relieve pressure and use personal protective equipment – don’t be careless.
