Dear sea friends, does anyone know where one can apply for jobs at the Qingdao Petrochemical Design Institute and the Maoming Design Institute? There are no recruitment announcements for these two design institutes on Sinopec’s official website
Just search on the official website; it has been restructured. The one in Maoming has been renamed Maoming Ruipai Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd
I was wondering, how is one’s career progression after joining those design institutes that were established as a result of Sinopec’s restructuring?
Once they are separated, there will still be certain tendencies within the system regarding which projects people are assigned to; those with better skills should go to those eight major institutions! Having these separated off is definitely better than those private courtyards; at least the design standards are sufficient
