Hello, everyone! I have a question for everyone: in the title blocks of the preliminary design drawings and the safety-related documents, is it necessary for the persons responsible for design, verification, and approval to sign on the drawings?
Yes, the drawings for the preliminary design and those in the safety section must be signed; even if the drawings for the preliminary design manage to pass the internal review, the drawings in the safety section, since they are reviewed by the safety supervision agency, must be signed as well – otherwise they cannot be approved.
