It seems like (0.2L) should be in parentheses, with everything else in the denominator.
CN = K / 0.2 * L1; the minimum amount of odorant required is calculated as: minimum detectable concentration of the odorant / 20% of the lower explosive limit of the gas (in mg/m3 of gas) = (mg/m3 of mixed air) / (m3 of gas per m3 of mixed air). This applies to non-toxic gases. For toxic gases of the CO category, the permissible harmful concentration for humans is much lower than the lower explosive limit; calculations are generally based on this harmful concentration. Page 510 of the textbook states that the detectable harmful concentration of CO is 0.02%. In the given problem, the CO concentration is 20%. For THT, K=0.08; therefore, CN = K / (0.02%/20%) = 80 mg/m3. In practice, the actual value should be 2–3 times this minimum value. The answer is 160–240
