As the title suggests, regarding subcontracted projects, the head office requires that all future design documents for such projects be submitted to the owner by the head office itself; the official signatures on these documents should be those of the head office, with the subcontracting office handling the first three levels of signing, while the head office is responsible for giving final approval and apposing its seal. I would like to know if there are any issues with this approach, especially considering that the project involves pressure vessels and pressure pipelines.

Theoretically, special equipment shouldn’t allow external drawings to be directly stamped, right?
