The existing compressed air supply has a pressure of 0.4 MPa and a flow rate of 80 cubic meters per minute, but the site requires compressed air with a pressure of 0.8 MPa and the same flow rate of 80 cubic meters per minute. If the amount of 0.8 MPa is very small, a pressure cylinder can be used to increase the pressure. Since the air consumption remains the same at 80 cubic meters per minute, a booster air compressor system should be added to increase the pressure from 0.4 MPa to 0.8 MPa. The air supply at 0.4 MPa is fed directly into the compressor, where it is pressurized to 0.8 MPa and then stored in a buffer air tank for later use.
