In Table 8.3.9 of GB50187, Note 3 states that for pipelines and pipe racks carrying liquefied hydrocarbons, flammable liquids, or flammable gases, the minimum horizontal distance from such pipelines and pipe racks to buildings and structures should also comply with the requirements of **current relevant design standards. Which standard exactly needs to be met here? Which provision applies? ?
