Dear sea friends, we have a fixed-bed tubular reactor filled with solid catalyst particles, and the reactants are in gaseous form. The catalyst needs to be replaced regularly, and this replacement and refilling are done manually. After each refilling, the outer wall of the equipment is tapped by hand to make the catalyst more compact. I was wondering if there are any mechanical vibration devices that can be used for automatic catalyst addition and compaction. Could you provide information on the suppliers of such devices?
