How to recycle non-permeate gas?

Our factory produces synthetic ammonia and has a membrane separation unit in place, which is primarily used to recover hydrogen from the exhaust gases generated by the synthesis process. The non-permeate gas resulting from this recovery process contains about 15% methane. At present, we transport this gas directly to heating furnaces for combustion; however, there is a problem: the combustion generates significant noise, and the combustion efficiency is not good. Are there any other better methods for dealing with this non-permeate gas? Please help us.

What are the specific ingredients? Consider adding another stage of membrane to further concentrate methane and hydrogen; the concentrated methane can then be burned, while the hydrogen can be returned to the system or used for other purposes.
