Seeking free download websites for various standards
That website’s name was “Standard Sharing Network” (it has since been renamed Xue Toutu); the address is www.bzfxw.com
There are daily limits on downloads from this website! Are there any members? Share it! Haha!

The SAC homepage is http://www.sac.gov.cn/. Under “Public Services”--“Full text of mandatory standards available publicly”, you can search for and download the full PDF version of the standards; however, it is necessary to install a “FileOpen” tool in order to do so.

It’s only the mandatory national standards that are being made available, and that too in phases. Some standards can also be set within the site. The website bxwxw.com is good; however, it doesn’t provide electronic versions for some items
