Tubular heating furnace

In our company’s reboiler, the insufficient pressure of the heating steam results in an inability to increase the temperature at the bottom of the tower. The design institute has suggested installing a tubular heater at the gas return inlet of the reboiler. Has anyone carried out a similar modification? Please share any suggestions – will this approach be effective?
It’s not very useful, I guess. With sleeve heating, first, the heating area is small; second, the heat transfer coefficient for heating the gas-liquid mixture is low. It is recommended to use a side-line heating system
