To save on elbows, can a DN25 stainless steel pipe with a 32*3 dimension be bent using an elbow bender? Are there any standards in this regard?
The pipe diameter is too large; it will likely be difficult to use a pipe bender, so hot bending with sand filling can be used instead.
The maximum bend is 90°, to avoid further rectifications during future safety inspections by experts
Stainless steel has the tendency to develop intergranular corrosion when it is heated for extended periods at temperatures between 500–850°C. Therefore: 1) Stainless steel pipes should be bent cold, or bent using an intermediate-frequency induction heating pipe bender at a temperature of 1100–1200°C; 2) For bending in the cold state, the push-bending method or a mandrel pipe bender can be used. 3) When bending thick-walled pipes, a mandrel may not be used; however, to prevent buckling and ovalization, fine sand should be filled inside the pipe, and this sand must be removed after bending. 4) After bending the pipe, rinse the inner wall of the pipe with hot water to remove oil and dirt from the surface, then air-dry or wipe it dry.
I’ve never seen bends in pipes with a pressure rating of over 15 mm

There is no standard; a professional pipe bending machine and cold bending techniques can be used to bend the pipes without causing any dents or deformations. Such specialized bending machines are quite expensive, so it’s not cost-effective to purchase one just for a few pipes. You might want to find someone who can bend them for you. Note that there is a minimum bending radius limit – it cannot be too small. For nitrogen production purposes, this radius is usually sufficient
