Are there any enclosed filters for filtering homogeneous pastes, rather than filter presses?

It depends on the properties of your material and the requirements of the manufacturing process. What is the consistency of the paste? What are its viscosity and dynamic viscosity values? Are there things like a uniform particle size distribution? If it is in a paste-like form, similar to honey or glutinous rice porridge, or tar, filters are not effective; in such cases, an extruder can be used.
