Two stages of activated carbon filtration are planned to be used in the process: a first-stage candle filter and a second-stage titanium rod filter. There is a pressure pump before the first stage; then, are buffer tanks and pressure pumps necessary between stages? After the titanium rod filter, the liquid still needs to rise by 10 meters.
When selecting a pressure pump, attention should be paid to the pressure loss of the filter and the pressure losses in the pipes; a pump with a higher head is sufficient
Then it is necessary to consider whether the pressure after the first stage of pressurization can meet the requirements of the second-stage filtration. Things like flow rate, velocity, and pressure – will the pressure after secondary filtration be sufficient to lift the liquid?
