Make proper markings to avoid misassembly: Before disassembly, it is necessary to mark the adjacent or connected parts to prevent vibrations caused by incorrect reassembly or uneven balance (such as multiple keys on a shaft, couplings, etc.). Markings should be made on the non-working surface. 2. Carefully measure the data before maintenance and keep proper records. Such as the alignment data for the pump and motor. 3. The disassembly sequence is logical: first remove the accessories of the pump (auxiliary pipelines, circulating cooling water system, couplings, etc.), then the main unit; remove the external parts first and the internal parts later, and remove the upper parts before the lower parts. 4. Appropriate tools should be selected before disassembly; if necessary, special tools should be designed and manufactured. During disassembly, it is not allowed to strike or hit randomly, and all threads, mating surfaces, and the shaft’s tip holes must be protected. 5. Parts should be arranged neatly for easy assembly. Section 3: Disassembly sequence of the centrifugal pump: 1. Remove the fixing bolts of the coupling guard and take off the coupling guard. 2. Make markings on the coupling (realign the markings for old pumps), and measure the alignment data for the pump and the motor. 3. Remove the coupling bolts. 4. Remove the cooling water pipe. 5. Remove the bolts of the mechanical seal gland to release the liquid remaining inside the seal. 6. Drain the lubricating oil from the bearing housing. 7. Remove the bolts that connect the pump cover to the pump casing. 8. Lift out the pump body. 9. Remove the impeller cover and the impeller. 10. Remove the bolts that connect the pump suspension to the pump cover, and take off the pump cover. 11. Remove the coupling coupling wheels at the pump end. 12. Loosen the front and rear gland covers of the pump bearing housing. 13. Remove the pump bearing housing (install the impeller back cap before removal to prevent damage to the shaft thread). ) 14. Remove the bearing back cap, take off the bearing, and extract the bearing gland. 15. Remove the sealing sleeve. And the moving ring on the shaft sleeve. 16.
