Is the stainless steel category FE8 or FE4?

As the title suggests, is there a conflict between the group designation in the welding procedure specifications, which is FE4.NB47014, and that in the process qualification specifications, which is FE8? I would be extremely grateful if any expert knows the answer.
The examination regulations and the material categories for weld evaluation cannot be confused. Exam regulations are the detailed rules for assessing welder skills, while a welding evaluation is an assessment report used to verify whether the welding process is correct.
