Is there any software that can generate production data from a device, automatically create associated trend charts, and then allow one to determine the most suitable operation based on those trends?

Software like the DCS system in the control center includes trend charts that can be exported and printed automatically; one has to figure out the patterns on their own – it’s not that intelligent. Just recording data.
It really exists; DCS data can be stored on a data server, and office computers can use software to retrieve that data from the server and create charts from it.
