Number of branch pedestals in the same radial direction of the pipeline?

May I ask: Can two holes be drilled and branch pedestals be installed in the same radial direction of the pipe (that is, on the same horizontal plane as the vertical pipe)? (For pipes such as DN200, and branch connection fittings of DN20 and DN25) are there any relevant specifications? Thank you.
First, determine whether it is a pressure pipeline. Generally, this approach is not standard; it’s possible to adjust the distance slightly. But if it is truly necessary, pipe diameters such as those for main pipes and branch pipes should also be acceptable.

The pipeline is a pressure pipeline. The purpose of doing this is to lower the elevation of the valve above. Saves vertical space. If the openings of the two branch pedestals are spaced apart, it will add another 100 mm or so in height.
Don’t pursue a particular requirement to an extreme degree. In my opinion, piping is actually an art form; reliability, cost-effectiveness, ease of installation and operation, as well as neatness and aesthetics all need to be taken into consideration.
