Submersible unloading crane pipe

While working on the project, it was found that there were 2 unloading methods in the preliminary design of the project. One is EO (Methylethyl Ketone); the unloading dip pipe is connected from the top and extends underwater. The other is acetic acid (EA), which is drawn off directly from the bottom via a unloading dip pipe. I would like to ask: are these two forms both called submersible unloading dip pipes? What are the differences in specific design and usage?
The unloading dip pipe is connected from the top and extends underwater, presumably to prevent the generation of static electricity.

They all make sense; just follow the design.
We are all pumped out, but the opening is still at the top.
This relates to the properties of the material being handled. The first method involves using nitrogen pressure to feed the material, or some other means of conveying it, in order to prevent the material from splashing or flowing in too quickly, which could otherwise lead to the generation of static electricity or vaporization.
