A total of 52 finished Haichuan e-books have been released; the organizing team used a voting system to invite technical staff and managers from various regions (all Haichuan users with at least junior high school education level could vote) to participate in the evaluation activity for these e-books, so as to select those they consider to be of the highest quality (each person is allowed 5 votes).
