Black sulfur is a desulfurization by-product, originating from coking plants, steel mills, fertilizer factories, etc. Due to the low sulfur content (90–97%), most coking plants are treated with subsidies. Currently, the only industries in China that can use black sulfur are those that produce sodium metabisulfite and sodium sulfite. I have been working in the pyroxyline industry for 20 years, and I have independently carried out the process design, equipment design, and production commissioning for 8 pyroxyline and sodium hydrosulfite production lines. The daily output per line ranges from 30 tons to 100 tons, and can be customized according to requirements. The latest domestic production technology, with low energy consumption and stable quality.
