Although safety valves are designed to protect equipment from a safety perspective, when high process requirements exist, safety valves can be installed in containers under normal pressure or negative pressure as needed.

The installation of safety valves should be determined through a process analysis of the entire system; if there is a risk of overpressure and the design pressure of the pipes and equipment is lower than the maximum pressure that could occur, then safety valves must be installed

It then depends on whether the atmospheric pressure tank is at risk of overpressure, or whether you have installed a vent valve, or if it is an atmospheric pressure tank with an open top.
Check whether there is a possibility of overpressure; just as pressure vessels with nitrogen sealing still require emergency breathing manholes
