Regional awards for April 2017: http://bbs.hcbbs.cc/thread-1775766-1-1.html. Petrochemical sector: 6545.5; Safety and environmental protection sector: 5210; Leisure sector: 4041; Machinery and equipment sector: 2858.5; Registered users’ sector: 2850.5; Process engineering sector: 2713. The regional awards for May 2017 have been announced: http://bbs.hcbbs.cc/thread-1785233-1-1.html. Petrochemical sector: 6620; Safety and environmental protection sector: 5688; Leisure sector: 4893; Machinery and equipment sector: 3782; Career development sector: 2846; Production management sector: 2012; Process engineering sector: 2007. My personal opinions are as follows: 1. The top three sectors all use mechanisms similar to “daily series” to increase the number of posts, along with online giveaways. The effect is significant. The daily series are a bit useless; we might as well use some simpler methods to increase participation. For example, in the CAD section, there are many topics available for CAD competitions. We can select some of them, starting from the easier ones, and post them in that section; people can then draw on their own and participate. This not only helps them improve their skills but also increases the number of posts, resulting in a win-win situation. Small activities like these can help maintain a high standard in the region. 2. Communication: Many moderators and team members are online, but it seems that the internal communication groups within the forum don’t see much activity (or maybe I just can’t receive messages there T T). Encourage everyone to communicate more. If someone is too busy for personal reasons, they can take a break; after all, it’s amateur management. However, there should be designated moderators and technicians on duty every month, so that with the assignments, fewer people can receive more rewards, with rotation taking place on a monthly basis. 3. Activity solicitation: That’s all I can think of for now; more details to be added.......
Come on, the Haichuan Forum really should become more active
Process engineering really needs a boost. . .
Fewer posts mean one is busy with work – isn’t that a good thing? Various maintenance tasks, rectifications resulting from safety accidents, and various design assignments. . . Work is the foundation of survival; forums are merely a form of entertainment. @*lihuagong @leo_0088
I agree with your view. From a forum perspective, after all, management positions on the forum should be held by those who are not busy, and recruiting more enthusiastic members can solve this problem. If one doesn’t do anything, it feels a bit like being in a position without fulfilling any responsibilities.
That’s the situation in the process areas. There are good posts, and we need to transfer them to the respective areas; only the posts that cannot be classified remain, so there are fewer of them
Do you think it’s easy to find moderators? I’ve been at it for over half a year, right? I haven’t declined the moderator position yet.
In the process-related forum, I also take time to reply as often as I can; the scores might be a bit low, but there are many replies, and 99% of them are technical posts.
An individual’s replies just aren’t enough. According to the evaluation criteria, only the total number of replies counts. High-quality themes are also required.
The Process Engineering division indeed needs to increase its promotional efforts.
There are many things worth learning from, hehe~:lol
