Definition of workshop tank bank

There is no uniform definition of the workshop tank cluster as outlined in the design standards for fine chemical enterprises; I would like to know everyone’s views on what falls under the category of a workshop tank cluster. Thank you!
Personally, I think it’s due to the small scale of fine chemical enterprises and their limited land area; it’s like a scaled-down version of a tank farm
By definition, intermediate storage tanks for multiple batches of materials produced in a balanced manner, inspection tanks after batch mixing, and metering tanks for single-time material feeding are all considered workshop storage tanks (sets); those that are not included are the reception tanks used in distillation.
