I would like to ask everyone: should control valves be installed in front of or behind the flow meter? Are there any requirements or principles involved?
The flow meter should be installed behind the control valve (if you want to know the flow rate after regulation). And it meets the installation requirements for flow meters.

Can the flow meter only be installed behind the control valve, or can it be installed anywhere? How is there someone saying it should be installed at the front?
