New material standards have been issued and put into effect; is it still acceptable to use the old standard when filling out the quality certificate?

The material standard GB/T3077-2015 for alloy steel fasteners was officially implemented on November 1, 2016. However, the quality certification documents for fasteners obtained to date still reference GB/T3077-1999. What should be done in this situation? ? ? The same problem exists in GB/T699 as well!
First, check the order date specified in the contract; there’s nothing to say about orders placed before the new version takes effect, while those placed after its implementation should be returned directly. Second, it’s possible that the items were purchased as inventory
