For a continuous evaporation crystallization process, how should the axial flow pump circulation pipeline and the slurry in the separation chamber be handled after shutdown? An emission accident pond?

Thank you for your reply. Are you saying to install a centrifugal pump or diaphragm pump next to the axial flow pump? The head of an axial flow pump is very low, so it may be a bit difficult to reach the centrifuge. What should be done if there is a power outage across the entire plant and the pumps cannot operate?
An emergency pump and a bypass pipeline are installed between the accident fluid discharge pipe and the accident tank (pond); the bypass valve opens to allow automatic discharge when the pressure is sufficient, and the emergency pump is activated to pump fluid when the pressure is insufficient.
At the same time, the emergency liquid pump also serves as the feed pump for the emergency liquid; when production is resumed, the emergency liquid is pumped into the evaporation system via this pump.
Do you mean that the emergency pump needs to be modified regarding its discharge direction, or was a backup line already prepared during piping?
In our design projects, the process flow diagram documents for the control points in the evaporation plant include accident tanks, accident pumps, and the associated piping systems. I’m not sure if the documents provided to you by the design firm were prepared according to this design
