Standards for oxygen content in the hydrogenation section

What is the oxygen content standard in the hydrogenation section? I remember it being around 0.5% before; the same standard was used for replacement during the pilot tests as well. But this morning someone said it’s 50 ppm, claiming that’s how it has always been done. . . So, when posting a question, what exactly are the criteria for experts to leave comments?
For our non-hydrogenation processes, we require an oxygen content of less than 2000 ppm, while for hydrogenation processes the requirement is less than 200 ppm; these are standards set by the company’s technical department, and they are quite strict.
