Hello everyone, I need help with a problem related to adding concentrated sulfuric acid. I need to add between ten and twenty kilograms of concentrated sulfuric acid into a reaction vessel – how should I measure and add it? How can it be made simpler and easier to implement? We want to add the material manually each time we weigh it and pour it directly into the tank (a certain amount of water is already in the tank; will pouring the material in cause splashing?). But isn’t such a method very dangerous? Also, can’t the emptied bucket be rinsed with clean water? Could some expert give me some advice? Thank you!

Why isn’t there a high-level measurement tank for this? Carbon steel as the pipe material will suffice.
Adding risk manually is very dangerous; no matter how strict the penalty systems are, there is no guarantee that workers won’t suffer sudden setbacks.
