In building codes, is the distance required between Class A factories and secondary roads within the factory area 5 meters? Should the inner edge of the turn be considered?

Due to limited space at the factory site, Class A workshops are located along two perpendicular roads; then is it necessary to consider the inner edge of the turn? Does that mean the corner of the factory building also needs to be 5m away from the inner edge of the road?
It should be taken into account that the starting point for distance is calculated from the edge of the road surface; generally, the specifications related to the general layout are outlined in the appendix
My design doesn’t require any further consideration, and I’ve already communicated with the drawing review center, who have given their approval.
Strictly follow the specifications and avoid subjective interpretations as much as possible. Many things that pass the design review are later interpreted differently by various people, which is very troublesome. Especially the expert inspections organized by the department at the moment.
