Help: How to determine the scale of a chemical engineering project? For example, in the petrochemical industry, the scale of the target products is very large, with annual production reaching tens of millions of tons. In some niche industries, the scale of the target products is relatively small, with annual production of only a few tons. Are there any standards regarding such production scales? For what products is a certain tonnage considered a large project, and for what products is the same tonnage considered a small project?
