On October 31, Ningxia Xinhao Yuan Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinhao Yuan”) issued a announcement stating that it had recently signed a technical guidance contract with Elaminfor Gelatin Company for the construction of a production line capable of producing 1,000 tons of collagen peptides per year. According to the announcement, Xinhao Yuan will provide technical guidance for Elaminfor Gelatin Company in building a production line capable of producing 1,000 tons of collagen peptides per year in Egypt, as well as grant access to the company’s patent technologies related to collagen peptides. The total value of this contract is 2.028866 million US dollars (equivalent to 14.46581 million yuan), of which the fee for the collagen peptide technology license amounts to 841,770 US dollars (equivalent to 6.00182 million yuan), and the cost of equipment amounts to 1.187096 million US dollars (equivalent to 8.46399 million yuan). Xin Haoyuan stated that the signing of the aforementioned contracts will have a positive impact on the company’s future operational performance, while also enhancing its market competitiveness.
