Which fire protection code applies to the polyphenylene sulfide project? The explanatory notes on page 90 of the Petrochemical Regulations classify it as a Category A facility among petrochemical synthetic resins; however, the production scale of polyphenylene sulfide is generally small, and both the raw materials and the products fall under Category C in terms of fire hazard classification. Can it be constructed in accordance with the regulations applicable to fine chemical products? What standards are followed by the facilities of Zhejiang Xinhecheng Group?
