Bizarre design: Who can open the drain valve?

Is it convenient to open and close the drain valve when it is set at this height?
Many installations are made without considering operation and maintenance.
We have this problem too; every time we start working, we have to borrow a lift, which is very troublesome, or else we need to obtain a work at height permit. . . .
This definitely requires the use of a ladder to do; it’s too troublesome every time
Fix it; if that’s not possible, create a fixed ladder or platform
A straight climbing ladder should be designed. Consider ease of operation.
If it is designed, installation and maintenance should be taken into consideration
It’s not convenient to operate a physical ladder either
