When unloading oil from tank trucks at oil fields, the water-containing crude oil is first poured into a horizontal 2-cubic-meter tank. To maintain the oil temperature, electric heating and rock wool insulation are used on the outside, but the temperature does not reach the required 50–60 degrees. Apart from installing coil heaters inside, are there any other methods or corresponding products (such as electric heaters) that can be used to achieve this? ?
Currently, there are only internal and external coils, as well as tracing pipes. Of course, a heat exchanger can be used for circulation.
