What are the fire safety requirements for archive room construction?

The archive is planned to be located within the building. Apart from the need for the archive itself (including the storage areas) to have fire prevention and firefighting capabilities, are there any special requirements regarding the building? For example: Is it okay to build a cafeteria on the ground floor of the building? Is it okay to build a machine room (servers) next to the archive room?
They are all prone to firing accidentally. . . . It’s a big deal if the archives get burned
Yes, if the archives are burned, they cannot be recreated. But I checked the GB50016 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings, and there are no mandatory requirements in this regard.

I haven’t seen specific requirements; if there is a cafeteria downstairs, then there are mandatory regulations regarding the height of the wall at the same window level and the installation of fire-resistant overhangs. Then, the “JGJ 67-2006 Code for Design of Office Buildings” sets out relevant requirements.
