What is the internal structure of an RTO regenerative incinerator? How are the channels for the three processes of heat release, heat storage, and backflush arranged?
Valve-switching RTO is the RTO with the most complete technology and the most stable operation. Two ceramic packed beds change the direction of the air flow through switching valves and switching doors to achieve the purpose of preheating VOC exhaust gas. The picture below is the schematic diagram and working principle of a typical valve switching RTO.
The main structure of the two-bed RTO is composed of a combustion chamber, two ceramic filler regenerators and two switching valves. Open the exhaust gas inlet on the left and use a blower to introduce VOC through the ceramic packing bed. The VOC exhaust gas is heated and oxidized and burned in the combustion chamber. The gas passes through the ceramic packing bed on the right side of the ceramic. The bed absorbs heat. The burned clean gas is cooled and discharged through the switching door. When the specified time is reached, switch, VOC enters from the right side of the regenerative bed, the right regenerative bed releases heat, VOC is oxidized and burned, the gas passes through the left regenerative bed, which absorbs heat, and the burned clean gas is cooled and discharged through the switching door. Switch periodically like this. VOC gas can be processed continuously
