Design requirements for chimney height

This post was last edited by zlm322 on 2017-9-7 09:27. The company has a sulfur recovery unit as well as an exhaust gas incinerator; the chimney was originally 80 meters tall. After environmental upgrades were carried out to reduce emission levels, it is now necessary to redesign the chimney’s height. I would like to ask those with expertise: what are the specific requirements? I’m not quite sure about GB16297-1996 – please provide some guidance

The question is whether your exhaust gases can meet the emission standards after being burned in the incinerator.

The high height of the chimney allows for the determination of emission concentrations.
Under current environmental regulations, regardless of the height of the chimney, it is the emission standards that matter
