Selection of gas mass flow meters

I want to measure the mass flow rate of a mixed gas, primarily hydrogen and carbon dioxide, with small amounts of methanol and water vapor as well. The temperature is 250°C and the flow rate is around 5 kg/h. What type of mass flow meter would be suitable for this purpose? Would a thermal mass flow meter work?
