There are currently two compressors of the same model. It’s completely fine to start one alone. However, when starting the old unit, the outlet pressure of the new compressor immediately reached 1.2 MPa (it shuts down at a set limit of 0.3 MPa). The new compressor will not start. I need an expert to help answer this.
Are you sure it’s caused by interference? Transmit 1.2M; what is the reading on the pressure gauge at the site at this time?
There’s a problem with the way you’re starting it, right? I’m not sure about your process; it would be best to send a simple diagram indicating which type of equipment it belongs to. The operation of connecting the compressor to the grid should not involve forcing it to reach full operation immediately; instead, the starting load should be minimized through cycling or venting. Once normal operation is achieved, the pressure should be increased gradually to the system pressure, and the user should be informed to maintain that pressure. There is no issue with startup tripping. For reference.
