Our company plans to add a stainless steel (304 will suffice) heat exchanger. The media are air and water at 7°C; the air inlet temperature is 110 degrees Celsius, while the outlet temperature is 7–12 degrees Celsius ; Seventy-degree water is used as the refrigerant ; The air pressure is around 0.85 MPa. Could the experts please explain what type of heat exchanger is used and what its heat exchange area is?
Cooling the air to 7–12 degrees using 7° cooling water seems unachievable
With a flow rate of 6,000 cubic meters per second, we are currently using an old heat exchanger; the current temperature is 18 degrees Celsius.
